Espresso

Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
Serve in a demitasse with a sugar cube on the side.

There are many variations of this Italian classic:

  • Ristretto: a half shot of espresso served with a side of water
  • Doppio: a double shot of espresso
  • Macchiato: the espresso is "marked" with a shot of hot milk
  • Lungo: the shot is prepared "long" -- i.e.: with more water
  • Romano: the shot is served with a twist of lemon
  • Con Panna: an ounce of heavy cream is added to the shot
  • Correcto: an ounce of liqueur is added
  • Aroma: a half ounce of flavored syrup is added

Espresso Americano

Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
6 oz. hot water
Serve with sugar on the side.

Cappuccino

Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
4 1/2 oz. thick foam of steamed milk
Serve in a 6-8 oz. cup with sugar on the side.

Café au Lait

3 oz. heavy coffee
3 oz. hot milk
Serve in a 6 oz. cup with sugar on the side.

Caffé Latte

Italian:
Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
4 oz. hot milk
Serve in a 6 oz. cup with sugar on the side.

American:
Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
8 oz. steamed/foamed milk
Top with a thick foam of steamed milk.
Serve in a 12 oz. cup or mug

Caffé Breve

Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
4 oz. steamed/foamed half-and-half
Serve in a 6 oz. cup with sugar on the side.

Caffé Creme

Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
3 oz. hot milk
Top with real whipped cream.
Serve in a 6 oz. cup with sugar on the side.

Caffé Mocha

Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
8 oz. hot milk
7 grams European Chocolate OR 1 oz. Italia D'Oro Chocolate Syrup
Top with real whipped cream.
Dust with European Chocolate Base.
Serve in a 12 oz. cup or mug.

Almond Bliss

1/2 oz. Italia D'Oro Chocolate Syrup
1/4 oz. Italia D'Oro Coconut Syrup
1/4 oz. Italia D'Oro Orgeat Syrup

Mix syrups with espresso. Fill with steamed/foamed milk. Top with whipped cream.

Black Forest Mocha

1 oz. Italia D'Oro Chocolate Syrup
OR 7 grams Italia D'Oro European Chocolate base
1/2 oz. Italia D'Oro Cherry syrup
A single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
Mix syrups with espresso. Fill with steamed/foamed milk. Top with whipped cream. Dust with European Chocolate.

French Vanilla Latté

2/3 oz. Italia D'Oro Vanilla syrup
1/3 oz. Italia D'Oro Hazelnut syrup
Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
Mix syrups with espresso. Fill with steamed/foamed milk.

Kahlúa and Cream

1 oz. Italia D'Oro Creme De Cacao syrup
Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
Mix syrup with espresso. Fill with steamed/foamed half-and-half.

Almond Fudge Cream

1 portion Italia D'Oro Chocolate
1/2 oz. Italia D'Oro Orgeat Syrup
A single shot of Italia D'Oro espresso
Mix chocolate and syrup with espresso. Fill equal portions of steamed milk and foam. Dust with Italia D'Oro European Chocolate Base.

Ulitmate Hot Chocolate

8 oz. steamed/foamed milk
7 grams European Chocolate
1 oz. Italia D'Oro Creme De Cacao
Mix chocolate and Creme De Cacao with the milk.
Top with real whipped cream.
Dust with European Chocolate Base.
Serve in a 12 oz. cup or mug.
